About the Role

As a Customer Success Training Specialist at MangoApps, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation, adoption and utilization of the MangoApps Platform among our customers. Working closely with Customer Success Managers, you will be responsible for training MangoApps administrators, equipping them with the essential knowledge and skills needed to leverage the platform effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of MangoApps’ features, functionalities, and use cases
  • Design and deliver engaging virtual training sessions tailored to customer needs and use cases
  • Create outstanding training videos for our Community LMS, focused on clear, self-paced learning of product features and workflows
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of training content, including presentations, guides, and interactive resources
  • Continuously update training materials as new product features and enhancements are released
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to seamlessly integrate training into the customer onboarding process
  • Host recurring training webinars for MangoApps administrators and users
  • Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and engagement metrics, and optimize content accordingly
  • Stay informed on best practices in training, adult learning, and employee experience platforms
  • Provide ongoing learning support to customers post-implementation through targeted training content and sessions

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of proven experience delivering virtual training sessions, preferably within a SaaS company serving enterprise B2B customers
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging training videos and self-paced learning content using tools such as Camtasia, Loom, PowerPoint, or Google Slides
  • Familiarity with employee experience platforms and modern learning management systems (LMS)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for driving product adoption and customer success
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
