Responsible Sourcing refers to the ethical, environmentally-friendly, and sustainable practices involved in the selection and management of suppliers.

‍MangoApps commits to actively seek out and engage with diverse suppliers with the goal of ensuring that at least 25% of our procurement spend is with these businesses. We require all suppliers to adhere to environmental standards that minimize waste, reduce environmental impact, and promote sustainability, in compliance with all local environmental laws and regulations. Suppliers are expected to operate with high ethical standards, including respect for human rights and fair labor practices; MangoApps will not engage with suppliers involved in corrupt practices or human rights abuses. We are committed to assisting diverse suppliers in growing and succeeding through mentoring, training, and development programs. MangoApps will regularly review supplier performance and compliance with this policy through audits and assessments, and non-compliance may result in reevaluation of the supplier relationship.

The procurement team at MangoApps is responsible for implementing this policy, including the integration of diversity and sustainability criteria into supplier selection and evaluation processes. Regular training will be provided to all procurement staff to ensure understanding and enforcement of this policy.
